Ira Luntz
Ira Luntz is a nationally recognized expert in the field of real estate information systems, including software design and systems integration. Early in his career, Ira acted as Executive Vice-President of BORIS Systems- an MLS company of 140 employees. He has introduced such innovative ideas as computer-stored images, listing history, integrated property record data, and distributed MLS databases. He spearheaded the definition and acceptance of the industry’s first data standards for MLS data, and later acted as President of the Real Estate Professionals Association (REIPA) and Director of the Real Estate Standards Organization (RESO).
Ira also acted as the COO for the HomeSeekers.com Company. Fidelity National Information Solutions (FNIS) acquired the MLS assets of HomeSeekers.com and Ira joined FNIS as SVP of Business Solutions.
In 2003, Ira accepted the position of President and CEO of an exciting new startup company called Threewide Corporation and raised over $3M in venture capital to fund development of an industry-changing product named ListHub. Move, Inc. later acquired Threewide.
In the last ten years, Ira has worked with Real Estate Digital and Xome, spearheading the largest aggregation of properly licensed MLS data and images in the nation.
